Refund & Returns Policy

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.
2. Conditions for Returns

In original packaging
In resellable condition
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.
3. Faulty or Defective Products
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to:

Replacement
Full refund
If the fault is reported within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.
After 30 days, we may offer repair or replacement.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to:
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item
→ We will cover the return shipping cost
Change of mind (within the 14-day cooling-off period)
→ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times:
Up to 5 business days after receiving the returned item
Banks or card providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Used items
Items damaged by misuse
Personalised or custom-made items
Hygiene products once opened
