Shipping Policy

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
All orders are processed within 2/4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Delivery timescale are estimated depending on stock status and availability. Items in stock are unusually delivered to you within 2 - 7 working days.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. Please email us at support@vivenza.co.uk All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "Cancel My Order" and provide us with your order number.
